- ELEVATORS: Friday and Saturday, Elevators 4-5 service Sections 115-123; Sunday, Elevators 4-7 service Sections 115-144 and Elevators 14-16 service Sections 204-227.
- SEATING: Guests needing wheelchair accessible seating are encouraged to call ahead to select the best seats based on their needs. On race day, guests can visit Ticket Services (Gates 3, 11) or locate the nearest usher.
- RAMPS: Gate 3 accesses Sections 120, 121; Gate 19 accesses Sections 205, 206, 209, 210.
- SERVICE ANIMALS: Dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities are allowed if harnessed, leashed or tethered (unless these devices interfere with the animal’s work or the individual’s disability prevents using these devices).
- WHEELCHAIR/ECV: Track does not provide or rent wheelchairs or ECVs (Electronic Convenience Vehicle). Guests are permitted to bring their own.

Although you may be a NASCAR fan, when you are working for Dover Motor Speedway your primary responsibility is that of an employee. As a courtesy to our competitors and officials, please strive to conduct yourself in the utmost professional manner.

The following pass holders must obey traffic patterns and park in these respective areas provided space is available (with the exception of Preferred and Delivery passes).

* COMPETITORS (Motorcoach/Tow): Park in Infield. Tow pass allows an extra vehicle in the Infield.
D DELIVERY: Permitted to unload vehicle, then park in general areas. After 9 a.m., travel restricted to Perimeter Road.
E WINNER’S CIRCLE/BOARDROOM: Sunday only.
G GENERAL: North, South and West parking areas and Lot 1.
H HORSE TRACK: North end of horse track, near NASCAR Cup Series garage. Event Staff and Special Parking.

Load-In times for the April 26-28 NASCAR Weekend are as follows:
- Begin at 8 a.m., Wednesday, April 24 for Champion's Gate, Turn 1 Camping, Turn 3 Camping, Geico Campground Lot 2, Campground Lot 6, Campground Lot 7, Campground 8XL, and Campground Lot 10.
- Trackside Camping must load-in by 8 p.m., Thursday, April 25. Campground Lot 9 load-in begins at 8 a.m., Thursday, April 25.
- All guests, except Champion's Gate, Trackside Camping, Campground Lot 7, Turn 1 Camping, and Turn 3 Camping, report to Lot 1 for registration between 8 a.m. - 8 p.m.
- All RVs arriving after registration closes must report to Lot 1 and park until registration re-opens.
- Extreme weather may prevent RV load-ins at scheduled times. Should this occur, we will resume load-ins when conditions improve.
- All campgrounds are within a short walk to a shower facility.
- All camping-related purchases are cashless.

Trash Bags: Available from lot attendant.

Pumping: United Site Services of Maryland, Inc., service techs will be in the RV lots for camper pumping. Thursday to Sunday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday, 8 to 10 a.m. Flag down a truck in your lot for servicing or call 732-570-1067 or 856-434-2238. For pre-event orders, call 804-759-4326.
Showers: In front of Campground Lot 10. Friday to Sunday, 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday, 6 to 9 a.m.

All vehicles on Speedway property follow a specific traffic route during race weekend.
- Starting at Route 13 front entrance, all traffic travels one way, counter clockwise around the track to Gate 1 on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
ONE EXCEPTION: From Route 13 entrance, traffic can go left to North Parking, and it is two way. A checkpoint stop is done if guests go beyond North Parking. Only PREFERRED and DELIVERY passes allow a vehicle to go beyond checkpoint.

- JUNIOR TICKETS (AGES 12 AND YOUNGER): Friday and Saturday-FREE; Sunday-$10 for selected sections. All Juniors must be accompanied by the purchase of at least one adult ticket.
- PRE-RACE TRACK PASSES: Must be purchased in advance of race weekend when available. Call ticket office at 800-441-RACE for more information.
- Bring found items to a Speedway employee at any gate. To retrieve a lost item, go to Ticket Services in the Fan Zone. After hours DURING AND AFTER RACE WEEKEND, call (302) 883-6513 or email [email protected].
- CHECK TICKETS OF BOTH PARTIES INVOLVED: Double check the section, row and seat to see if someone is in the wrong seat. If the tickets have a different section, row or seat, politely point out the difference and direct guest(s) to the correct area.
- IF TICKETS ARE THE SAME: Both parties must go to the closest Ticket Services booth located at Gates 3 or 11 to resolve the problem. The usher should escort the guests to the location. Remember to double check the section, row and seat before you proceed.
- NO GUEST SHOULD EVER BE ACCUSED OF STEALING TICKETS.
Guests who purchase a permanent reserved seat for a NASCAR Cup Series race are provided the opportunity to renew that same seat location for the same race the following year. Tickets can be renewed in any of the following ways.

All pre-paid tickets must be picked up by the person that purchased the tickets by presenting a valid picture ID and the credit card used to complete the purchase at ANY ticket window. All tickets are digital.

To celebrate a summer NASCAR weekend, Dover Motor Speedway and Visit Delaware are bringing the tradition, sounds and atmosphere of Delaware’s beach communities to the Monster Mile with the new Miles Beach, presented by Visit Delaware.
More than 1 acre of Dover’s Fan Zone is devoted to Miles Beach, presented by Visit Delaware, with dozens of family friendly, beach-themed attractions available, including many FREE options.
Miles Beach, presented by Visit Delaware, hours include:
- Thursday, July 17: 3-9 p.m.
- Friday, July 18: Noon to 9 p.m.
- Saturday, July 19: 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. (Monster Mile Bash presented by THOR)
- Sunday, July 20: 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Some Miles Beach attractions include:
- 600 Tons Of Sand, Lighthouse & More: Miles Beach will include 600 tons of sand to create an authentic beach area with ample seating and shade, along with an authentic boardwalk, palm trees, beach balls, Adirondack chairs, vintage cars and beach grasses! And you won’t be able to miss our 25-foot-tall Lighthouse!
- Boardwalk: What would a beach be without an iconic boardwalk? This structure, at the entrance of Miles Beach, will replicate what you will find at all of the famous Delaware beaches!
- The World's Largest Rubber Duck: This 60-foot-tall, 15.5-ton yellow behemoth will return and tower over Miles Beach and the Fan Zone throughout Dover’s NASCAR weekend. A popular photo attraction, the duck has made frequent U.S. and international appearances in recent years.
- WHITE LIGHTNING Bar + Arcade: An indoor/outdoor hangout for campers and fans to enjoy all weekend, featuring a full bar with Anheuser-Busch products as well as more than a dozen classic arcade favorites is named for the original nickname of Dover Motor Speedway’s concrete track.
