Yes. Children are welcome at Dover Motor Speedway, and youth ticket options are available:

Yes. Fans may bring pre-packaged food and beverages in a soft-sided cooler, subject to the permitted items policy. Certain items may be restricted for safety reasons.

Parking is available in designated Speedway lots surrounding Dover Motor Speedway. Fans should follow event signage and directions from traffic officials when arriving at the Speedway.

Tickets are covered under the Speedway Motorsports Weather Guarantee. If a race is postponed and you cannot attend the rescheduled event, unused tickets may be exchanged for a future Dover Motor Speedway race.

The 2026 NASCAR All-Star Race at Dover Motor Speedway will be a 350-lap exhibition race made up of three segments. The race does not award championship points, but it features many of NASCAR’s top drivers competing for a $1M grand prize.

The race is broken into three segments:

• Segment 1: 75 laps with the full field of drivers
• Segment 2: 75 laps with the full field, including an inversion of the finishing order from Segment 1 for the top drivers
• Final Segment: 200 laps with a 26-car field competing for the win

Drivers compete throughout the first two segments to earn their position for the 200-lap final segment, which ultimately determines the All-Star Race winner.

Qualifying for the NASCAR All-Star Race includes the Mechanix Wear Pit Crew Challenge, which combines a driver’s speed on track with the performance of the team’s pit crew.

Each driver completes a special qualifying run that includes:

1. Taking the green flag and completing one full lap at speed

2. On the second lap, the car enters pit road for a four-tire pit stop (no fuel added)

3. The driver then exits pit road and races back to the checkered flag

The total time from the green flag to the checkered flag determines the qualifying results.

The fastest pit crew with a clean stop (no penalties) wins the Pit Crew Challenge and earns the right to select their pit stall first for the All-Star Race.

The NASCAR All-Star Race at Dover Motor Speedway is 350 laps in total.

The race is divided into three segments:

• Segment 1: 75 laps

• Segment 2: 75 laps

• Final Segment: 200 laps

The final 200-lap segment determines the winner of the NASCAR All-Star Race.

Because all laps count toward the race total, drivers must manage their cars and strategy throughout the entirety of the race while positioning themselves to compete for the win in the final segment.

The NASCAR All-Star Race is scheduled to begin at 1:00 p.m., Sunday, May 17, when the green flag waves for the opening segment of the event.

Fans are encouraged to arrive early on race day to allow time for parking, entry into the Speedway and pre-race entertainment around the property.

This schedule allows fans to experience multiple NASCAR races across three days at Dover Motor Speedway.

The NASCAR All-Star Race features many of the top drivers in the NASCAR Cup Series.

Drivers become eligible for the All-Star Race through several different paths.

Drivers who qualify automatically include:

• Drivers who won a NASCAR Cup Series race during the 2025 or 2026 seasons

• Past NASCAR All-Star Race winners who compete full-time in the Cup Series

• Past NASCAR Cup Series champions who currently compete full-time

Additional drivers can earn their way into the event through the race format itself.

The remaining starting positions for the final segment are determined by results from the first two race segments, and the final spot in the field goes to the winner of the NASCAR All-Star Fan Vote.

Drivers currently locked into the 2026 NASCAR All-Star Race (as of 3/5/26) include: William Byron, Kyle Larson, Christopher Bell, Denny Hamlin, Chase Elliott, Tyler Reddick, Brad Keselowski, Joey Logano, Austin Cindric, Ryan Blaney, Josh Berry, Austin Dillon, Chase Briscoe, Ross Chastain, Shane Van Gisbergen, Bubba Wallace and Kyle Busch.

Yes. NASCAR All-Star Weekend typically includes multiple opportunities for fans to interact with drivers and enjoy entertainment around the track.

Fans can expect activities such as:

• Driver Q&A sessions

• Fan Zone appearances

• Live music

• Fireworks

• Family-friendly activities in the Fan Zone

Many of these activities take place in the free Fan Zone area, which is open to fans attending the event.

No. The NASCAR All-Star Race weekend replaces Dover Motor Speedway’s traditional spring NASCAR race weekend.

Dover will continue to host one NASCAR Cup Series event weekend each year, with the All-Star Race serving as the Speedway’s primary NASCAR event for the season.

The NASCAR All-Star Race is a special exhibition event that has been hosted at several different tracks over the years. Since running in Charlotte for 35 years, it has also been held at EchoPark Speedway (formerly Atlanta Motor Speedway), Bristol Motor Speedway, Texas Motor Speedway and North Wilkesboro Speedway.

While Dover Motor Speedway is hosting the 2026 NASCAR All-Star Race, NASCAR determines the event’s location each year.

Future locations for the NASCAR All-Star Race will be announced by NASCAR in the future.

No. Drones and other unmanned aerial vehicles are not permitted anywhere on Speedway property during race weekend.

This policy is in place to ensure the safety of fans, drivers and teams, and to comply with event security requirements.

Fans should leave drones at home when attending events at Dover Motor Speedway.

Pets are generally not permitted inside the grandstand areas of Dover Motor Speedway.

However, pets may be allowed in certain areas such as campgrounds, provided they are:

Philadelphia International Airport is typically the most convenient option, offering the largest selection of flights and the shortest drive to the Speedway.

Fans traveling by air should plan to rent a car or arrange transportation, as public transportation options to Dover are limited.

Most fans travel to Dover Motor Speedway by personal vehicle.

The Speedway is located near U.S. Route 13 in Dover, Delaware, making it easily accessible by major highways throughout the region.

Ride-share services and taxis may also be available in the Dover area during race weekend, although availability may vary depending on demand.

THOR has historically offered repair truck services on-site (two fixes, up to one hour of labor) at Dover Motor Speedway during its NASCAR tripleheader weekend. Information regarding at-track services will be updated as race weekend approaches.

CAMPING GUIDE - 2025

Camping is available in several designated campgrounds around Dover Motor Speedway during NASCAR race weekend. Campers must have a valid camping pass for their assigned lot and follow all Speedway rules and instructions from staff.

Important camping policies include:

• Campers must remain within their assigned campsite and may not move to another space without permission.

• Roadways and fire lanes must remain clear at all times. Vehicles blocking safety areas may be towed.

• Campers must observe all posted signs and follow directions from Speedway personnel.

• The Speedway reserves the right to interpret or change rules at any time, and violations may result in removal from the campground.

These policies help maintain a safe and organized campground environment during race weekend.

Porta-Jon Rental: Call 732-570-1067 to reach United Site Services of Maryland, Inc. for race-week information. Delivery times 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. only.

Pumping: United Site Services of Maryland, Inc., service techs will be in the RV lots for camper pumping. Thursday to Sunday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday, 8 to 10 a.m. Flag down a truck in your lot for servicing or call 732-570-1067.

Showers: In front of Campground Lot 10 and in between Champions Gate and Turn 1 Camping. Friday to Sunday, 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday, 6 to 9 a.m.

Nonpotable Water Delivery: Water fills, maxing out at 50 gallons. 9 a.m.-5 p.m., Friday through Sunday. Call 732-570-1067 for information. 

The Suburban Propane location will be set up at the entrance to Lot 10 near THOR.

When you visit us on race weekend, our main goal is to make sure you enjoy your stay in our lots as well as have a blast on the property. To ensure that happens, we need everyone to follow a few simple rules and guidelines.

Please familiarize yourself with the list below to enhance your race weekend experience, and if you have any questions or concerns, please contact us at (800) 441-RACE.

When You Arrive: All guests report directly to their respective lots for registration during hours of operation. All guests arriving after 8 p.m. through 8 a.m. Wednesday-Saturday report to Lot 1 until campgrounds open. Extreme weather may prevent RV load-ins at scheduled times. Should this occur, we will resume load-ins when conditions improve. Vehicles must park with the exhaust (tailpipe) to the road and must fit within the spot (minimum 20-feet by 40-feet). Site sizes may vary. No vehicles may be staged on Speedway property prior to the RV lots opening.

Quiet Hours: Enforced from midnight-6 a.m. Loud music, large gatherings and unruly behavior is prohibited during this time.

Generators: Properly ventilated generators can operate at low decibels, with no disturbance to neighboring sites, at all hours. In an effort to safely combat the dangerous effects of carbon monoxide, vehicle and generator exhaust must be expelled safely into roadways and not into adjacent campsites. We reserve the right to prohibit generator use at any time if it is deemed disruptive or unsafe.

Self-Contained: All RVs must be self-contained and must feature on-board sanitation facilities (except in Campground Lot 9). “Self-contained” is defined as having on-board potable water storage, a cooking stove, a water or chemical toilet permanently attached to the black water holding tank, and a permanently installed holding tank for gray or black water.

Tow Vehicles: Four (4) tow vehicles permitted in Campground Lot 8XL, two (2) tow vehicles permitted per RV parking space in The Infield RESERVE, Campground Lot 6, Campground Lot 7, Campground Lot 10 and Trackside Camping. Only one (1) permitted in Campground Lot 2, Campground Lot 9, Turn 1 Camping, Turn 3 Camping and Champion’s Gate. Parking stickers must be adhered at time of arrival.

RV Moving: RVs are not permitted to relocate once Speedway personnel have assigned a spot, or another Lot fee is required. If guests move their RV from their initially assigned space, the Speedway is not responsible for holding that space.

Avoid These Potential Problems: Contained fires must be above ground in an approved container. Monitor propane tanks, barbecues and watch for carbon monoxide issues. Keep fire lanes and roadways open at all times. Vehicles blocking safety areas may be towed at guest’s expense. Observe all signs, and obey instructions from Speedway personnel. At night, use extra caution due to lack of lighting. In wet weather, be aware of spots with poor drainage.

Parking: Parking is at your own risk. Please lock your vehicle at all times.

Responsibility: Please be responsible in the consumption of all alcoholic beverages.

Pets: All pets need to be harnessed, leashed or tethered when outside of your RV. Please clean up after your pets.

Be Good Neighbors: Please be courteous to other guests. Remember that you are responsible for the behavior of the visitors that occupy your spot — whether you are in attendance or not. We reserve the right to remove anyone from the property, without refund, if their behavior is deemed offensive, poses a hazard to others, or violates any rules or regulations. Anyone that does not adhere to Speedway rules and policies is punishable up to and including permanent revocation of your spot.

Rules: The Speedway reserves the right to add or change rules without notice. Any decision interpreting or enforcing these policies is at the discretion of Speedway officials.

Parking In Main Car Areas: RVs are not permitted in the general car areas at Dover Motor Speedway including the North, South and West lots.

Spaces: No roping off, blocking or saving spaces is permitted.

Tents: You may not bring your own tent to camp (except in Campground Lot 9).

Banned Items: Weapons, firearms, ground fires, open fires, drones, fireworks, sky lanterns, sky candles, Confederate flags/clothes, disorderly conduct and dumping hot coals on ground or dumpsters. Be sure to monitor all fires.

Certain Vehicles: Unauthorized golf carts, ATVs (all-terrain vehicles), scooters, UTVs (utility-terrain vehicles), ROVs (recreational off-highway vehicles), and motorbikes, except by authorized personnel.

Flag Placement: Do not erect flags or other structures within 100 feet of telephone or power lines.

Loose Trash and Waste: Bag all trash and place in dumpsters provided. No draining of gray water or holding tank. Dumping or leaching of waste from RVs will not be tolerated. Offenders are subject to ejection from the lot and arrest.

ADA spaces are available in all lots.

All guests arriving after 8 p.m. through 8 a.m. Wednesday-Saturday report to Lot 1 until campgrounds open. Extreme weather may prevent RV load-ins at scheduled times. Should this occur, we will resume load-ins when conditions improve.

• All campgrounds are within a short walk to a shower facility. 

• All camping-related purchases are cashless.

The users of this camping space are prohibited from conducting commerce or engaging in any marketing activities. This prohibition includes, but is not limited to, the sale of goods, sampling, signage, surveying, food vending or any other activity that in the sole discretion of the staff of Dover Motor Speedway is deemed detrimental to the facility. Violation of this policy will result in forfeiture of the camping space and any monies paid. Camping spaces may also not be used for advertising, promotion (including contests or sweepstakes) or trade purposes without the express written consent of Charlotte Motor Speedway.

Flags, signage or displays using profanity, vulgarity or sexually explicit imagery are also strictly prohibited. ITEMS MAY BE REMOVED IF DEEMED INAPPROPRIATE, OFFENSIVE OR UNSAFE AT THE DISCRETION OF MANAGEMENT OR ON-SITE SECURITY. Displays of the confederate flag are strictly prohibited.

The Speedway Motorsports Weather Guarantee protects fans if a NASCAR race is postponed due to weather.

If the race you purchased tickets for is postponed and you cannot attend the rescheduled event, the Weather Guarantee allows you to exchange your unused tickets for a future race at Dover Motor Speedway.

This policy is designed to give fans confidence when purchasing tickets, knowing they have options if weather impacts race weekend.

Fans automatically receive this benefit when purchasing tickets for eligible events at Dover Motor Speedway.

If your race is postponed due to weather and you cannot attend the rescheduled event, you may exchange your unused tickets.

To exchange your tickets:

1. Contact the Dover Motor Speedway ticket office

2. Request to apply your ticket value to a future Dover Motor Speedway race event

3. The ticket office will assist you in selecting the new event and seating options

Ticket exchanges must typically be requested within the timeframe outlined in the Weather Guarantee policy.

Unused tickets may be exchanged for another Dover Motor Speedway NASCAR race event.

Fans can apply the value of their unused tickets toward tickets for a future race weekend, subject to availability.
