Dover Motor Speedway is one of 11 Speedway Motorsports entertainment venues across the United States.

SPEEDWAY MOTORSPORTS OPEN POSITIONS

  • Good Guys MidAtlantic Car Show: May 30-31
  • NASCAR Weekend: July 18-20

Team secures and protects people and property in and around the track and within the numerous campgrounds around the speedway. Duties could potentially include:

  • Controlling entry to restricted areas,
  • Working with law enforcement to secure and protect campsites
  • Working with NASCAR in the garage and pit road areas

  • Greet guests at vehicle entry points
  • Provide direction, guidance and assistance to guests and staff
  • Control access to assigned RV/parking lot
  • Shifts range from 5-15 hours

Available Positions 

Ticket Scanner:

  • Greeting guests at entry gates
  • Scanning of guests tickets

Usher:

  • Assist fans in finding their seat locations
  • Provide directions and answers to guests who need assistance with the grandstand seating area
  • Helps create a fun and safe environment for our fans

Hospitality:

  • Greet guests at hospitality functions
  • Check admissions to premium areas
  • Answering guest questions to ensure a first-class experience

Elevator Attendant:

  • Greet guests
  • Operation of elevator to ensure stops are made on correct floors
  • Provide information and directions to guests in need of assistance

Bull Crew:

  • Assist with setting up and teardown of events
  • Assembles and moves furniture and equipment around property
  • Involved with setup of tables, chairs, traffic cones, barricades, signage and fencing
