Dover Motor Speedway, located in the heart of the First State and the mid-Atlantic region, has hosted America's best drivers in the NASCAR Cup Series since 1969.
With a one-mile concrete track known as the Monster Mile for the challenge it provides to top drivers, teams and equipment as well as more than 700 acres of grandstands, suites, campgrounds, festival venues and more, Dover Motor Speedway is your top choice for facility rental space.
In addition to NASCAR, Dover Motor Speedway has hosted the Firefly Music Festival, rated one of the top 10 music festivals in the United States by Rolling Stone magazine, featuring headliners such as Paul McCartney, Eminem, Billie Eilish, Lizzo, Tom Petty and Dua Lipa!
In 2024, Dover Motor Speedway hosted the latest Phish festival, Mondegreen, from Aug. 15-18, as well as the Goodguys Rod & Custom Association Mid-Atlantic Nationals car show in June.

The Woodlands
The Woodlands, located east of the Speedway, encompasses hundreds of acres of clearings, forests, and more. Part of The Woodlands is the venue for the Firefly Music Festival and Mondegreen, featuring Phish's four-day summer festival in 2024. It also serves as campgrounds during Dover Motor Speedway's NASCAR weekends. The area includes The Loft, a permanent structure that can accommodate between 100 and 320 people for events, parties, or outings.
